Wear comfortable, cotton unisex dhoti pants or stretchy, preferably non-slip clothing that will allow you freedom of movement. Always start slow and listen to your body Yoga is not a competition, and it's essential to listen to your body and take things slowly. Begin with a few basic poses and gradually build up your practice over time. Don't push yourself too hard, especially if you're new to yoga. It's better to start slow and build up gradually than to risk injury. Practice regularly, but not excessively Consistency is key when it comes to yoga.
